We want you to love your new watch strap. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free, 30-day return policy.

Returns Within 30 Days:

• You'll receive a full refund for any unworn, undamaged strap returned within 30 days of receipt. 
  
• Once we receive the returned strap and confirm its condition, we'll process your refund promptly.
• Orders that receive free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refunded amount ($5 within the US).
